If you’re interested in working at any sim-owned business, simply touch the “Help Wanted” sign located on the exterior of the business you’re interested in. These signs are placed in front of every participating establishment, and touching them sends you a group invite for the business. You can start working immediately at the entry-level positions, which often include roles like servers, bartenders, receptionists, or shop attendants.  You will need to reach out to an admin or the business manager to be added to the time clock to begin earning rp currency.

Managing a Sim-Owned Business

If you’re interested in managing a sim-owned business, you must have worked a minimum of 40 hours at the business first. This ensures that you’re familiar with the business's operations and how it integrates into the RP world. Once you've met the hour requirement, you can submit an application through the website to apply for a management position. The application will be reviewed to ensure you understand the business's needs, its role in the community, and the responsibilities of running a sim-owned business.
